Willowbrook is seeking an experienced BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER to join our HMG Team!

  • Prefer Skilled Nursing Facility or LTC experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight and supervision of accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, resident trust, and payroll.
  • Coordinating monthly accounting functions of the facility with finance in accordance with accounting and cost reimbursement principles.

Requirements:

  • Long-term healthcare business office experience preferred
  • Experience in Medicaid, and private billing required

  • Payroll Experience a Plus
  • Collections Experience Required
