Park Manor of Westchase is seeking an experienced Unit Manager!

• RN
• Prefer LCT/SNF experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage staff schedules, provide supervision, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Address patient and family concerns promptly, fostering a supportive environment.

Education / Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Knowledge / Experience:

• Previous long-term care or comparable hospital experience
• At least 6 months of management experience

Licensure / Certifications:

• Current Texas RN Nursing License
