Regional MDS Nurse / PPS Nurse (DFW area)

The region for this opening is in DFW, TX. Will need to be able to travel as far as Brownwood, Waco, Longview if needed.

Job Responsibilities / Position Information for the Regional MDS Nurse / PPS Nurse include:
- Have extended knowledge of care plans.
- Will cover the territory of DFW facilities.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served and be a supportive team member and contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Must also possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals and objectives that are necessary for providing quality care.

Requirements for the MDS Nurse / PPS Nurse include:
- Be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
Knowledge / Experience:
- Must have 2 years long term care experience
- Must have extensive MDS experience
Licensure / Certifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN or RN in Texas
