Accel at College Station is seeking an experienced MDS COORDINATOR to join our team!

MDS COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Have extended knowledge of care plans development & implementation
• Fluent skills and completion MDS 3.0
• Must also possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals and objectives that are necessary for providing quality care.

Requirements:

Be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Must have 2 years of long term care experience
• Must have MDS experience for at least a year
• Must be knowledgeable in MDS 3.0 RAI process

Licensure / Certifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in this state.
