Methodist Transitional Care is seeking an experienced DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT to join our HMG team!

The Director of Business Development (DBD) creates formalized business development processes and promotions, leading to growth of programs /services in new and existing markets. This position includes analyzing and producing short and long-term business plans and works with Executive Team to identify growth opportunities. The DBD researches and assesses market for opportunities to expand existing programs and services or create new ones according to market needs. They also work with all staff to promote quality services.

The DBD is responsible for business development, consistently meets or exceeds established goals and increases utilization of services and works with team to develop materials providing education and promotion of services as needed. They work within the community to develop education and advocacy through community organizations and leadership and maintains an understanding and awareness of market trends and industry developments including awareness of target market and referral sources.

Required bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related field plus a minimum of three years of experience in business development.
