Accel at College Station is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LVN or RN to fill our Nurse Management Role.

• Prefer Long Term Care/SNF experience
• M-F 8-5

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff in a long-term care setting.
• Oversee nursing administration tasks and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for efficient patient record management.
• Demonstrate expertise in nursing practices, medical terminology, and physiology knowledge.
• Advocate for residents’ rights and ensure quality care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care in acute care, home health, and hospice settings.

Education / Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Knowledge / Experience:

• Previous long-term care or comparable hospital experience
• At least 6 months of management experience

Licensure / Certifications:

• Current Texas Nursing License
