Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Culp took over the roll as Vice President of Operations for Healthmark Group in December, 2007. His responsibilities included the oversight of the day to day operations for ten skilled nursing facilities totaling 1238 beds. During that time, the company successfully opened three new skilled nursing facilities and experienced revenue growth from $54 million to $84 million. Prior to joining Healthmark Group, Mr. Culp has spent the past nine years working in the Long Term Care Industry. Five years were spent successfully operating skilled nursing facilities ranging in size from 78 licensed beds to 240 licensed beds. From 2003 to 2007 Mr. Culp served as Regional Director of Operations for a national company operating skilled nursing facilities. His responsibilities included the management and oversight of over 1200 beds covering three states. With a solid financial and operations background, he was able to meet and exceed the financial goals set by the organization. In the years leading up to his Long Term Care professional career, Mr. Culp worked as an accountant for an oil company specializing in the selling of retail and wholesale gasoline, controller for a wholesale book company, and later served as the Business Administrator for a large church.
