Laurence Daspit

Chief Financial Officer

Laurence has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Nicholls State University and is a certified public accountant. He has twenty three years of experience in the senior housing and long term care industry, including positions as chief executive officer, chief financial and chief operating officer. He has been involved in start-up companies, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and developing startup companies. He previously served on the THCA board and currently serves on the Finance Committee for AHCA. Before starting HMG with his two partners, Laurence worked as CFO at Senior Care Centers, helping build the company to 34 facilities and over $300 Million in revenue. Prior to Senior Care Centers, Laurence held various executive positions with Hearthstone Senior Living. From his years in the industry, Laurence recognizes that there is a strong demand for quality care and personalized service among both rehab and long-term senior care patients and their families.
