We work together in a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure the best quality of care is provided for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities
- Help patients with personal hygiene
- Obtain and record vital signs and weight
- Long periods of standing, moving, and lifting
- Other duties as requested
. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ADLs
- Electronic charting, Point Click Care and/or Point of Care
- Team mindset: it’s everyone’s job to provide good care.
